Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must follow the criteria below:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- All accessories must be returned
- Returned in the original packaging.
- If your item was not purchased directly from us, we need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
In order to protect all customers and ensure that all returns and exchanges are handled fairly, PokemonMerch may decline your return or exchange in some situations, such as:
- Products that have been defaced
- Products with missing labels
- Products that have been lost or damaged
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will usually receive the credit within 1-3 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
